Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson was holding a news conference Thursday on the three missing women in Cleveland, Ohio found alive. Michelle Knight, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus told investigators they were chained in the basement before ultimately being allowed to live on the second floor of Ariel Castro’s Cleveland home, NBC News reported.
