There have been several recent residential burglaries in Stratford and police are urging residents to keep doors and windows locked when they are away from home.
Police said the burglaries are predominantly in the Lordship neighborhood and in areas west of Broadbridge Avenue, near the Bridgeport town line.
Stratford police advise residents to keep all doors and windows locked when you are not at home and lock your vehicle when it is unattended.
If you have a home or car alarm, ensure that it is working properly and don’t forget to turn it on, police advise.
