Water has been restored after a water main break at Plainfield and Cornwall streets in Hartford this morning.
Several workers from the Metropolitan District Commission responded to fix the break that had sent water gushing into the streets.
Early this morning, drivers were urged to avoid the area of Plainfield and Cornwall streets as the repairs were underway.
